Return Policy

Returning a medical alert system: If you decide you do not need the service anymore, simply contact the Northwell On Call Customer Service at (844) 633-9240 to cancel the monitoring service. You will have to return the equipment to Northwell On Call in its original box. If you do not have the original packaging material the equipment came in, Northwell On Call can ship you the appropriate packing material for $15. You may use the carrier of your choice as long as all items being shipped can be insured.

Other Terms: Refusal of any ordered shipment voids all warranties. Shipping is nonrefundable.

All returned items must be undamaged, and able to be resold. Subscriber accounts will continue to be charged until all items are received.

It is recommended that the subscriber contact our Customer Service Department at (844) 633-9240 during the following business hours, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm EST, to obtain detailed packaging and shipping instructions.
